2022年8月1日より獣医師を指名出来る制度に変更があります。
獣医師（看護師）を指名出来る時間帯に制限が設けられます。

〇午前診療
2022年7月31日まで獣医師を指名できる時間帯 午前診療用の受付の紙が出てから13：00まで
↓
2022年8月1日から 午前診療用の受付の紙が出てから12：30分まで
〇 午後診療
2022年7月31日までは 午後診療用の受付の紙が出てから19：00時まで
↓
〇 2022年8月1日から
午後診療の受付の紙が出てから18：30分まで
指名の内容が以下の場合でも指名は出来ません
『お薬』
『面会の説明』
『救急患者の指名』
その他として含まれる『結果の説明』や『看護師を指名したトリミング』
以下の場合は指名獣医師が基本的に対応します。 『お迎え』
尚、獣医師を指名できる時間帯を過ぎた後も無指名で診療は行われます。
飼主が指名可能な時間帯以内に受付を済まされた後、当院が12：30又は18：30以降に飼主・動物が病院の敷地内にいることが確認できなかった場合、獣医師の指名ができなくなりますが、それ以降も診療可能な獣医師が順番で診療を行います。
指名可能な時間帯以降に当院が呼出ベル又はお持ちの携帯電話を用いて飼主・動物が病院の敷地内にいるか確認を行いますので、受付を済まされたら携帯電話番号を受付にお伝えください。
診療や手術を円滑に進めるとともに、質の良い獣医療を提供したいという思いからこのような運びとなりました。 ご不便をお掛け致しますがご協力よろしくお願いします。

From 1st of August 2022, there will be time restrictions on designating which veterinary doctor owner would like to have the animal seen by.
After 12:30 or after 18:30, the companion animal’s owner would not be able to designate which English speaking doctor owner would like the animal to be seen by.
The owner will not be able to designate doctor on following purposes after the times written above.
A. Visits to pick up medications
B. Diagnostic result Explanation
C. Explanation of the boarded animal’s condition during owner’s visitation
D. Emergency patient consultation
E. Designating Vet technicians for simple grooming
For the briefing on discharging animals, briefing will be told by designated doctor except when the doctor is treating other critical condition patient or operating surgery.
So after those two times(12:30 or 18:30), the hospital will see all animals as usual with doctor which ever speaks English but the owner will not be able to designate which. When the owner has signed in before 12:30 or 18:30 and if the hospital can’t confirm that the owner and the animal are inside the hospital’s premises after 12:30 or 18:30, then the hospital will automatically change the owner’s designated doctor to any doctor with English knowledge.
After 12:30 or 18:30, hospital will confirm the owner’s whereabouts using the phone or buzzer, so every time the owner has signed in, please tell the receptionist the owner’s active cell phone number.
