[Changes to the Online Queue Registration System]
Starting from June 2026, there will be some changes to the online check-in/queue registration process.
■ Returning clients who do NOT need a medical consultation or needs a medical consultation with owner with translation person attended.
If you need one of the following services, eg.
Visits (meeting animals who have already been hospitalized ), medication pick-ups with out a need of consultation, boarding out animals from the hospital, prescription diets, grooming(anal sac gland expression only), community cat spay/neuter, consultation with translating person attended.
[Regarding Limits on the Number of Patients Be accepted for consultation conducted by Veterinarian]
Due to current staffing constraints, we are adjusting the number of consultations (consultation that is conducted by a veterinarian such as vaccinations and health certificates) we can accept.
Depending on how busy we are on a given day, we may need to end reception earlier than usual, may be unable to accept requests for a specific veterinarian, or may not be able to see additional patients.
If you have an emergency case, please be sure to call us in advance to confirm whether we can accept the patient before coming to the clinic.
As for grooming, we can only provide anal sac expression. We won’t be able to provide other grooming services unless consultation is conducted and veterinarian diagnosis with a health issues where grooming is necessary. If the veterinarian decides that the grooming is not necessary for the disease please use the other grooming services that is provided at your community

To ensure the safety of your pet and provide accurate medical care, please follow these guidelines when using “My Junban” (Queue system).
Please bring translating person with you. We can not guarantee consultation or other services if you can not bring translating person to attend.

Hospital is closed on Wednesday all day and Sunday afternoon.

We are a veterinary hospital operated by “Lifemate Veterinary Hospital Group”, which helps you live a happy life with your companion animal by providing animal- and people-friendly veterinary care. We cover a wide range of medical treatment, from preventative care to internal medicine and surgery.

We have established a specialized oncology clinic, and veterinary oncologists regularly provide medical care.
General medical care
We provide medical examinations according to symptoms ranging from skin to heart disease, orthopedics, and neurological diseases. We treat dogs and cats. For other animals, please inquire.

Animal welfare activities
We are actively involved in sterilization and educational activities to eliminate unfortunate lost dogs and cats, and are also active in T.N.R. activities.

Parking Lot
There are parking spaces for 4 cars at the front entrance of the hospital, approximately 10 cars in the parking lot behind the hospital, and 6 cars on the hill behind the hospital, for a total of approximately 20 cars.
