<Introduction of Scheduled English Consultations>

Reason for Change: Due to the limited availability of veterinarians who can provide consultations in English.

How to Make a Reservation: Please book your appointment through the Yamaguchi Veterinary Hospital reservation website:

Consultation Hours: English consultations will be available by scheduled appointment only (two slots per day, morning only):
9:45 AM (1 appointment slot)

10:45 AM (1 appointment slot)

<Important Notes>
Automatic Cancellation Policy
9:45 AM appointment: Automatically cancelled if you do not inform the reception staff of your arrival by 10:00 AM.

10:45 AM appointment: Automatically cancelled if you do not inform the reception staff of your arrival by 11:00 AM.

Check-in Procedure on the Day of Your Appointment
On the day of your appointment, please come directly to the reception desk inside the hospital and inform the staff verbally that you have arrived.
Registration through “MyJunban” is not required for scheduled English consultations.
After checking in, please wait inside the hospital building.

Eligible Patients
English consultation services are available for dogs and cats only. (We do not provide English consultations for exotic animals.)
If you are accompanied by a human interpreter (excluding machine translation tools), you may use our regular same-day queue system (“MyJunban”), and a scheduled English consultation is not required.

Services Not Eligible for Scheduled English Appointments
Please use the “MyJunban” queue reservation system for the following:
・Medical record registration only
・Grooming services only
・Prescription diet pickup
・Additional medication refills within 90 days of the last consultation
(Please note that some medications may still require an examination even if the previous visit was within 90 days. Please consult our staff for details.)
